A $35 service charge will be applied to all NSF cheques. Cash, certified cheque, or money order will be the only methods of payment for individuals who have issued NSF cheques in the past.

On-Ice Policies and Disciplinary Action
The HSC Board will only commence Disciplinary Action when a written letter of complaint is forwarded to the Board. This letter will be reviewed by the board in “Committee of the Whole”.
Upon receiving a written letter of complaint outlining a violation of the Code of Ethics or HSC Policies, the HSC Board will review the complaint, determine if any action is warranted, and advise all parties involved of the action(s) being taken as deemed appropriate by the HSC Board.
Verbal warning by the Skater’s Coach or the HSC Board of Directors. The Skater’s Parent/Guardian will be informed of the warning if the Skater is under the Age of Majority.
Letter from the HSC Board will be addressed to the Skater and Parent/Guardian outlining the nature of the violation.
The skater is suspended from all Club programs without compensation for 1 week. This includes all lessons, competitions, and test days. Written complaints relating to 3 Skaters’ Code of Conduct misconduct of spectators/Parents/Guardians may result in suspension from the arena for a designated period of time.
Skater may be asked to leave the Club at the Board’s discretion. In the case of a serious breach of conduct, the skater may be immediately suspended at the Board’s discretion. In cases of suspension or expulsion, no refund of any kind will be granted.
