in the arena to care for child should they need to exit the ice. Certified CSA Hockey helmet is mandatory by Skate Canada. CanPowerSkate uses dressing rooms 8 and 9. All CanPowerSkaters are to enter and exit the ice through the door closest to dressing room 9. Skaters are not to enter the ice until instructed by a Coach or Program Assistant. No Parents / Spectators are permitted inside players benches, penalty boxes, time keepers box, or media box. Parents / Spectators are not permitted to open any ice door without consent from a Coach or Program Assistant.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY: The Huntsville Skating Club may use any photograph, video, or likeness of any participant in Huntsville Skating Club programs, events, or activities for promotional or fundraising purposes. All skaters or participants can choose to remain off camera provided that the Huntsville Skating Club is notified in writing (letter or email) stating the name(s) of all individuals who shall not appear on camera.

I acknowledge that I am the skater participating in physical activities at the Huntsville Skating Club and I have read the Government of Ontario Concussion Awareness Resource for my age group and the Skate Ontario Concussion Code of Conduct and understand what a concussion is and how it may be caused. I understand the importance of reporting a suspected concussion to my coaches and my parent/guardian. I understand that I must be removed from practice/competition if a concussion is suspected. I understand that I must provide written clearance from an appropriate health care provider to my coach before returning to practice/competition. I understand the possible consequence of returning to practice/competition too soon and that my brain needs time to heal.

NSF Cheques
A $35 service charge will be applied to all NSF cheques. Cash, certified cheque, money order, or email money transfer will be the only methods of payment for individuals who have issued NSF cheques in the past.
